Shipping Method

For shipping, we offer two shipping options, standard shipping and express shipping, customer can choose which shipping option they want.

Option 1: Standard shipping order

We offer free shipping for order amount at or over USD $100. Any order amount below USD $100, USD $4.99 of shipping fee will be charged per order.

Option 2: Express shipping order

For any express shipping order, USD $29.99 will be charged for shipping fee per order.


International Order

Currently, we accept order from following countries:

Order Processing

Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped with 2-3 business days (except holidays). If there is any reason of delay, we will contact you by email as soon as possible.


Order Delivery Time

For delivery service, following is the estimated delivery time:

  • Standard shipping order

Estimated delivery time: 14-20 business days

  • Express shipping order

Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days

Please notes that above estimated delivery times are used as a guide only. Please allows more delivery days may be needed for destination of remote area and during busy period, such as Christmas, we highly recommend customer placing order in advance. Beadnova will not take responsibility for any delays during shipping, including customs clearance delays and processing time of courier, we will try to minimize any potential delays. Please patiently wait for your packages.


Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive an order shipment notification email. Click ‘View your order’ in the email, you will see the order detail with tracking number and name of courier. You can track the shipment status at courier’s official website with that tracking number.



All package is imported. As requires by postal and import/export regulations, complete invoices will be enclosed in the packages. Recipient need to responsible for duties, taxes or other import fees (if any) assessed by customs.
