Return and Refund Policy

We are sorry if you do not satisfy our product. We accept returns under following conditions:

  1. Items must be unused and undamaged
  2. Items must be returned in original packaging
  3. Items must be returned within 30 days once return request (see below) is accepted.

**Customer is responsible for return shipping fee with the courier of their choice**

 

Return request

Before you return the item to us, please contact us by email at [email protected] within 7 days from arrival of the package, and with following detail. We will give you a case ID about your returns when we accept your return request. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  3. Quantity of item you wish to return
  4. Reason of returns

Incorrect item and Defected item

Incorrect item, means item(s) you received is not the item you ordered (e.g. wrong size, wrong color or wrong item); while Defected item, means item(s) is damaged when you receive. If you receive above item(s), please contact us by email at [email protected] with following detail within 7 business day after the package arrival.

  4. Proof photo

 

Ensure secured packaged of returns

For returns, you can choose the courier of your choice (e.g. Fedex, DHL, UPS or USPS) and you are highly recommended packing the item with protection and sending it with tracking information and insurance. We will not take responsibility of lost and damaged item.

 

Processing Time

We will process your refund with 7 business days when we received the returned items.

 

Refund

You will receive a confirmation email about refund once we accept your returns. The refund amount will be only the amount paid by you after any discount was applied to the returned item(s) and it will not include any shipping fee paid by you.

Refund will be issued to your original method of payment, for example, if you buy the item by PayPal, we will make a refund through PayPal. For days of receiving the refund, it depends on processing time of payment system organization.
